To The Author

Dear Veronica Roth,

I just want to start off by saying that I am very disappointed with you. I loved you books, I read the first one, the second one, and now I am almost done with the third one. I loved everything about your books up until page 474 of Allegiant. You totally destroyed any respect that I or any other fan of your books had for you. I am taking a creative writing class and the main point that my teacher stresses is to make your readers connect to the characters. You did that very well; when I read I felt as if I was Tris, I was doing the things she did, I went on the adventures she went on. Then all of a sudden, BOOM!!!! You just killed the millions of people who also read and connected to Tris. You just threw the whole point of being an author out the door. Then stomped on it. Then put it through a paper shredder. Then burned it. If you were trying to rush into an ending because a deadline was coming up, I assure you, you did it as badly as possible. I hated Mocking Jay because it seemed that Collins rushed into an ending. She was in a rush to finish and so she wrote it as quick as possible. It was terrible. Your book was 10X worse. Just wanted to let you know.

From,
A disappointed reader
