The book I am currently reading is The House of Hades. This book is a 4th in the series Hero's of Olympus, which follows the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series. This is my favorite book because over the course of the series you have grown attached to the characters and then suddenly in the last book, Mark of Athena, the two main characters, Percy and Annabeth, get thrown into Tartarus. House of Hades is an action packed story of how the group of 8 teenagers, have to travel to meet each other in Greece. I am less than halfway in, and the characters have already gone through so many problems. The friends of Percy and Annabeth are on their way to Greece and have encountered many road blocks such as pirates, thieves, and giant monsters! This is by far the best book I have ever read, and I'm not even done!

 

 

Questions: In this book, the main characters have to go through challenges to reach their goals. Some of their challenges include going through the underworld and fighting the worst monsters and most evil people. How can you relate this to a text to something situation?
